Each section of the cookbook has recipes significant to that part of the story. So the part of the story about Lexa, AR on the farm contains farm related meals and recipes just like the meals pertaining to the Polo Club consist of recipes for elegant menu items that Beneva prepared. Thus this is more than a cookbook; it's a biography as well.
